“1. The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an award (Award No. 06/2020/SW) dated 25.09.2020. The petitioner does not challenge the acquisition of the land in question (Khasra No.636 Min. admeasuring 0.0832 acres). However, he claims that he is entitled to rehabilitation and compensation in respect of his land located in the said Khasra. Admittedly, the petitioner is not the recorded owner of the said land. The same is recorded in the name of the Government / Gram Sabha and the nature of the land is described as agriculture.
