Present Public Interest Petition has been filed alleging rampant corruption, illegal appointments and illegal extensions of service given to contractual staff at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital (BSAMCH), Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi.

The petitioner, who appears in person, states that there is rampant corruption at BSAMCH with unqualified people being appointed as ‘Tutors’ and illegal extensions beyond the stipulated period of three years being granted to both qualified and unqualified ‘Tutors’, hired on contractual basis.
