1. Mr. Tandon, learned Counsel who appears for the petitioner, appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) submits that this writ petition would require radical redrafting. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and file fresh and more appropriately drafted petition.
2. Leave and liberty is granted as prayed for. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The petitioner would be entitled to legal aid in the fresh proceedings, if he may so choose.
