“1. During the course of hearing, a letter/proposal dated 30.09.2024 sent by the petitioners to the Executive Engineer- BLDG, City SP Zone, Delhi was handed over and the same has been placed before the Court for consideration. Let the same be also placed in the digital record of the Court.

2. On perusal of the aforesaid proposal and without treating the same to be a precedent for further cases, the Court finds that under the peculiar circumstances of the instant case, the respondentCorporation be directed to proceed with the said proposal and to take it to its logical end with due expedition.
3. Needless to state that the petitioners shall not violate any of the extant rules, regulations, Bye-laws or Master Plan of Delhi-2021.
4. Besides, the undertaking by the petitioners in the said proposal, the Court also directs the petitioners to indemnify the respondentCorporation for any claim/objection by any owner/landlord or tenant etc.
5. With the aforesaid directions, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in the instant petitions.
6. Accordingly, the instant petitions are disposed of alongwith the pending applications.”
