- The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), for direction to respondents for execution of the sealing order dated 09th December, 2024, and cease misuse and to further seal the 1st Floor of the property bearing no. 11/8, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-11008 .
- Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), who submits that the occupation in question now stands regularized as per Clause 15.8 of the Master Plan of Delhi, 2021. 3. Let reply be filed within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed, within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
