The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondents to

comply with their duties and obligations including, but not limited to, issuance of examination of roll numbers, declaration of results and grant of degrees for the requisite courses.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for respondent no.2/University states that the University will be able to declare the results before 13.09.2024, if not before 13.09.2024, however, before 18.09.2024 and the next session which was to be begun as per schedule of NMC will be declared one week thereafter.

The prayers of the petitioner stand answered.

This Court has not passed any order whether there is any dispute between respondent no.1 and respondent no.2.

The respondent no.1/University undertakes that there will be no unnecessary delay in this respect.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
