This Court has heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1 states that they have already granted admission to the petitioner, on the basis of general category, for the academic year 2024-25. It is also stated that as per the official data of the last three years, the petitioner had been given admission in the School, and prays that the same be regularized.

In view of the above, the provisional admission granted vide order
