Mr.Jitender Datta, learned counsel, appears on instructions on behalf of IRP.
Mr. Dutta has filed on record the order dated October 31, 2019 passed by the NCLT appointing an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) with regard to the defendant company.
In view of the fact that IRP has been appointed, I deem it appropriate to close the proceedings with liberty to the plaintiff, to take further action in accordance with law.
A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
