The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (4) & (6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the parties have suggested the name of Justice A.K. Sikri, a Former Judge of the Supreme Court as Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties.

If that be so, this Court appoints Justice A.K. Sikri, a Former Judge of the Supreme Court as a Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate

the dispute and differences between the parties.

The petition and connected application are disposed of.

Parties are at liberty to take all pleas available to them both on

facts and in law.
