Further in view of the joint request of the counsel for the parties, this court appoints Justice Manmohan Singh, a retired Judge of this court as the Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the disputes / differences between the parties.
The appointment of the Justice Manmohan Singh shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator after taking prior appointment on his mobile number being 9717495001.
The petition stands disposed of.
