Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 19.09.2018 of this Court was not complied with, in as much as, he was not given a hearing as directed by the said order prior to passing of order dated 20.12.2018.
He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to challenge order dated 20.12.2018.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
