CM APPL No.54675/2019 has been moved by the parties for disposal of appeal as matter has been amicably settled between them as per settlement agreement dated 13.12.2019. The terms of settlement are enumerated in paras No.1 to 11 of such settlement. It is stated the settlement has been arrived at between the parties without any undue pressure, threat or coercion from any corner and all the disputes viz civil or criminal have been settled in terms of the said paragraphs.
Let parties file an undertakings to abide by the terms No.1 to 11 of the settlement dated 13.12.2019 within two weeks from today. The terms of settlement shall form part of the decree.
In view of above, the application stands allowed and appeal stands disposed of having been settled. The pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
