It is submitted by the counsels the matter has been settled amicably between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 22.10.2019 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is placed on record by the Mediation Centre.

The parties have agreed to settle their disputes in terms of para 1 to 11 of the agreement dated 22.10.2019 and admit to be bound by the terms and conditions of such settlement agreement and shall act according to what has been agreed amongst them before the learned mediator.
