This petition challenges the impugned order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the learned SCJ-cum-RC (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in eviction petition RC ARC 5932/2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the respondent/landlord and nothing survives in this petition.
In view of the above the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
