Petitioner impugns order dated 26.02.2015 whereby eviction petition of the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that petitioner had not disclosed the alternative available accommodation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition was filed in the year 2010 and thereafter subsequent developments have taken place and further need of the petitioner has arisen. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh eviction petition.

In view of the above, the petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner as prayed for.
