The learned counsel for the petitioner says the probate petition has been dismissed vide order dated 31.01.2019 and he has preferred an appeal against such dismissal. Now the petitioner only prays that he may be allowed to take all these objections in this petition before the Appellate Court and with this liberty he intends to withdraw this petition.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending applications also stands disposed of.
