- Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO present in the Court, submits that presently, the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.

- In view of the above statement, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO of the police station concerned. However, if the need to arrest arises, the IO shall give a prior notice of three working days to the petitioner so that he may avail legal remedy available to him.
