Pursuant to the order dated 25th April, 2018, the respondents had filed an affidavit dated 2nd August, 2018 of Mr.Madhuvath Devula, Deputy Director of Airworthiness at DGCA Headquarters, O/o Directorate General of Civil Aviation, New Delhi. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is satisfied with the said affidavit and the averments made therein.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of binding the respondents to the averments made in the aforementioned affidavit.
