In view of the submissions made by counsel for the respondents, the parties are directed to appear before the learned SDM (Narela) on 26.02.2019.
The learned SDM (Narela) is directed to re-construct the aforesaid file after giving due opportunities to the parties to file the documents and the records that are available and proceed with the matter as per law and, thereafter, the matter be disposed of as soon as possible.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
