SOUTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND ANR.
Mr. Rajeshwar Dagar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the respondent No.2 has filed an appeal against the sealing / demolition order before the ATMCD and the ATMCD has restrained the SDMC from taking any coercive action against the said respondent. The details of the appeal are 930/2018 and 30/2019. He states that both the appeals are listed before the ATMCD tomorrow i.e. March 15, 2019.
In view of the aforesaid Mr. Sunil Chauhan states that the petitioner shall seek remedy of intervention before the ATMCD and wishes to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the said submission, the appeal and CM 21579/2018 are dismissed as withdrawn.
