II) Impose exemplary cost against respondents for filing false and fabricated submissions and for continuous contravention of orders/directions passed by SDM, Najafgarh, Hon'ble National Green Tribunal in MA-671/2014 and MA-1044/215 passed for removal of illegal parking and building material from Khaira road, Najafgarh.
III) Direct the respondents to provide information of RTI application dated-18.05.2015 case no. - CIC/YA/A/2015/002650 and CIC/SA/A/2014/000170-YA passed by Central information Commission and to take action against u/s 18 and 20 of RTI act.
IV) Direction against respondents to pay the cost of filing the case before, NGT, Delhi, High court and in CIC.
V) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case is also passed in the interest of justice.”

Nonetheless, it is also fairly submitted by them that if any such violation of law is found out or brought to the notice of the respondents, actions, in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy, will be taken by the respondents. Even the illegal parking are being removed from the area in question in accordance with law. 4. We observe that there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter as the respondents are already taking action in accordance with law with respect to the illegal activities as mentioned by the petitioner in the memo of writ petition.
