- After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.3.2019. Appellant will clear all charges towards electricity, water etc as payable for the suit premises till the time the appellant vacates the suit premises. Appellant, as prayed for, is granted time of four months to clear all the arrears of mesne profits and the arrears of mesne profits will be cleared with 1/4th of the arrears being cleared each month from 1.10.2018.
