After arguments, this application is disposed of as not pressed and though initially I was not inclined to allow withdrawal of the application but wanted to pass a detailed order dismissing the application with exemplary costs against the appellant who is a dishonest litigant because issues raised by the present application were not the issues when this Court passed the order on 9.2.2018, however, on the earnest pleading of the counsel for the appellant/applicant, the application is allowed to be disposed of as not pressed.
