Even though, various grounds are raised in the appeal challenging the jrlocutory order passed by the Writ Court refusing grant of interim relief, making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the appellant ;ht for time to seek instructions, therefore the matter is kept at 2.15 pm. 1^.15 pm, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions informs us that appellant is willing to vacate the premises on or before L' February, 9 and further prays that in case an application is submitted for grant of lemate site or land in lieu of vacating the present premises, the same be ^sidered and decision be taken by the Competent Autiority in accordance LW.

Having considered the aforesaid submissions and heard the learned ,unsel for the parties, we are of the considered view that this appeal and the it petition being W.P.(C) No. 9344/2018 itself can be disposed of, m the following manner;-

(i) The appellant shall be permitted to continue in the premises in 'A. . I ' question till 1'^ February, 2019;

(ii) The appellant shall vacate the premises on or before 1 February, 2019 and hand over the vacant possession of the premises to the respondent
