- This petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 50/2013, dated 02.02.2017 registered under sections 419/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with sections 66C/66D of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at Police Station Hari Nagar, New Delhi. The lis has been amicably settled by way of a Compromise Deed dated 30.08.2018. The petitioner is represented by his duly constituted attorney – his father.
