Vide the present petition, the petitioners seeks quashing of the FIR No. 42/13, registered at PS New Usmanpur, under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 27/54/59 of the Arms Act submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.
The status report has been filed by the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks to withdraw the petition, which is dismissed as withdrawn.
