Vide this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months in order to enable him to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by engaging counsel and to maintain social ties with the society and his family.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner intends to prefer a Special Leave Petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case FIR No.351/2013, under Sections 377 IPC & 3, 6 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station-Kalkaji, as such, in order to enable him to engage advocate and have social ties with the family and society, he be granted parole for a period of three months.
