Challenging the order dated 4th December, 2017 declining to grant parole to the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred the present petition on the ground that he has to take care of his old aged mother, wife, one minor daughter and to maintain social ties. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole for a period of three weeks by this Court with effect from 1st March, 2017 followed by two spells of three weeks and two weeks by the competent authority with effect from 20th July, W.P.(CRL) 159/2018 Page 1 of 2
