After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal and states that in case there is underpayment, he would file an application before the learned Single Judge. He also states that in case interest is due and payable, he would also make a prayer before the learned Single Judge.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
