This court in Company Petition No.359/2016 has already appointed the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator on 20.9.2017 and directed him to take over all the assets, books of accounts and records of the respondent company. Citation has also been directed to be published.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file his claim before the OL in the prescribed format supported by necessary documents within eight weeks from today.
