Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cheque that was issued by the respondent has been duly encashed, He submits that the only issue that survives is that the respondent has to provide necessary C-Forms.
In view of the undertaking already given by the respondent on 2.2.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek revival of the petition in the eventuality the respondent commits default in submitting the C-Forms.
Granting leave and liberty, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
