- By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 320/2017 under Section 308 IPC registered at PS Inderpuri, Delhi.

- The allegations of the complainant/injured Amit in this regard are that on 30th December, 2017 at about 4.00 PM in the evening he was playing in the Gas Godown Part in Todapur with his friend namely Prakash. In the meantime, Mangal, Anil, Ananjay and one friend of Prakash came inside the park and Mangal told them to go to Rajender Place to drink liquor. All of them returned to Todapur. At around 11.00 PM when he, Mangal, Amarjeet and Rajeev Kaluva were sitting near Sulabh Sauchalaya, Todapur, Mangal abused the complainant whereafter arguments started and Mangal hit the complainant on his head with some object due to which blood started oozing.
