By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.649/2015 under Sections 328/366/368/174-A/376-D IPC read with Section 34 IPC. The petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender and has been arrested only in February, 2018 though the FIR was registered on 30th May, 2015 whereafter three other co-accused were arrested. After the arrest of the petitioner, prosecutrix is yet to be examined.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
