- I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2017. Petitioner’s wife Sandhya has already been arrested on 16.10.2014 and certain recoveries were effected from her possession. Admittedly, the stolen articles were not recovered from the petitioner’s possession. Charge-sheet has since been filed. Petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.
