By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 593/2016 under Sections 392/397/411/341/120B/34 IPC & Section 25 of the Arms Act registered at PS Punjabi Bagh.
The above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of Rambir who stated that he was working at H.No. 49A, Road No. 41, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. On 26th September, 2016 he was going to Netaji Subhash Place along with driver Satender from Punjabi Bagh. At Punjabi Bagh flyover, two boys came on black pulsar motorcycle and stopped their motorcycle in front of their car. One of them got down from the motorcycle, took out a pistol and asked the complainant to give him whatever he has. Then, they opened the gate from driver side and took the bag which was kept in the car thereafter they ran away. According to the complainant the bag contained ₹15 lakhs.
