Counter affidavits have not been filed. However, counsel appearing for LAC, on instructions, submits that the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed as the land of the petitioner i.e. 1/8th share (09 bighas 09 biswas) forming part of Khasra Numbers as under:

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
