- The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia , pointing out that an inadvertent error has crept into the prayer clause of the petition. The said prayer was also quoted in the order dated 13.08.2018. The applicant, therefore, requests that the said order be rectified to record the correct description of the property – Khasra No.137/1 instead of 134/1.
