Ms. Sangeeta Chandra, counsel for SDMC submits that the present writ petition contains general allegations and no specific instance has been given when the petitioners were threatened to be removed.
Mr. V.S. Dubey, counsel for the petitioners submits that in case there is any threat in future, he will approach this Court again.
Accordingly, leave as prayed is granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition as also CM APPL 24843/2018 (stay) stand disposed of.
