- By way of this writ petition, reinstatement on the post of Principal, Lakshmi Devi Shroff Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalya, Kalirakha B. Deoghar, Jharkhand is sought by petitioner by seeking quashing of Termination Order of 7th December, 2014 (Annexure P-15) and Order of 6th October, 2017 (Annexure P-23) , vide which termination of petitioner’s service was approved by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan .
