By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for issuance of a direction to the respondent to treat the land of the petitioners as having been acquired and to read the documents of purchase as depicting Khasra No.2/22, Village Kakrola, New Delhi, instead of Khasra No.22/2, as mentioned in the purchase documents.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be given liberty to withdraw the petition to take legal recourse as may be available to the petitioners and to get the purchase documents corrected as per law. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
The present petition along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
