This application is for correction of the name of the appellant on the first page of the judgment passed in RFA No.623/2005. It is stated the first page of the judgment shows the name Mr.Amresh Bajaj instead of Mr.Ashok Bajaj and that the same be corrected.

I have perused the memo of parties. Necessary correction be made on the first page of the judgment in this RFA No. 623/2005 . The application stands disposed of in terms of above.
