There is no appearance for the appellant on the matter being called out several times since morning. The matter was earlier passed over in the post lunch session. It is now 3.20 p.m. but the situation remains the same. It is noted that appellant has not been appearing ever since 09.09.2016 and has not shown any interest inspite of repeated directions. Steps were also not taken for the service of the respondents.
