- The appellant has challenged the order dated 29th January, 2016 passed by the Commissioner, Employees’ Compensation whereby compensation of Rs.8,90,480/- has been awarded to respondents no.2 to 5.
- On 2nd August, 2012, the deceased Mansoob Ahmed @ Kashif was fixing a grill on the third floor of appellant’s property bearing No.A-10, Hazrat Nizamuddin, New Delhi when he fell down and suffered fatal injuries. The deceased, Mansoob Ahmed was aged 22 years at the time of the accident and was survived by his mother, two unmarried sisters and one unmarried brother who filed the application for compensation before the Commissioner, Employees’
