From the perusal of the plaint, it revealed that the addresses of judgement Debtor are situated at Shahbad Mohammad Pur, Delhi under Delhi Cantt area which falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District.
Learned counsel for the decree holder has no objection to this effect.
