The respondent has filed the affidavit in terms of the last order. Ms. Rao, on instructions, states that the EOW has now undertaken the task of investigating the complaint of the petitioner. She further states that in view of the fact that the complaint is pending since May 2016, the IO shall conclude the investigation within the next two months.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
