After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that he not having approached Delhi Police after February, 2014 and submitted on instructions that he wants to withdraw the petition to first make an appropriate report to the concerned local police and in case of further grievances including of inaction on their part to approach the court afresh.
The petition and application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
