This application is filed stating that the parties have settled the matter and that there is no objection in respect of claim Nos.1,2,5 and 8, as awarded in favour of the respondent vide award dated 23.12.2013. The objections to the same are dismissed. Regarding claim No.6 it is urged that the respondent does not wish to press the same.
With the consent of parties the Award in respect of claim No.6 is set aside. Application is allowed.
With this, the present petition stands disposed of.
