Parties have been called in chamber. Efforts for reconciliation have been made; these have not been fruitful. The prayer in the present petition is that the matter be expedited as it is pending before the Family Court since last two years and only written statement has been filed up to date. Matter is now fixed for 21.01.2017 for further proceedings. Learned Family Court Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously.
