Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition as certain aspects have not been mentioned in the present writ petition. It is noticed that the writ petition is at the admission states itself and on the last date of hearing counsel for the respondent, who had accepted notice, was asked to seek instructions.
In view of the prayer made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
