The writ petitioner submits that there is no method to make public aware about the location where there has been urban flooding and non-accessibility to roads during the monsoon season. The petitioner has made a prayer in this writ petition that the respondents need to make a comprehensive and coordinated plan to manage urban flooding and to provide a warning system for the road users through radio, T.V. and use of the social media so as to enable free movement to traffic even though there may be flooding on a particular point.
